Service Description

you will not be required to join a zoom call. This allows you to go about your day as normal while receiving healing. However it is ideal to select a day or time where you can avoid as much stress as possible. This includes avoiding media with darker themes, and being around people that tend to drain you emotionally. You also want to drink plenty of water to assist your body with the clearing that will be taking place. At the time of your session, you will receive a text to confirm that it will be starting, and a closing text when it is completed. Within 24 hours you will receive a follow up email that includes any intuitive message and advice that was received. Please note that these are just intuitive suggestions but should not take the place of medical treatment or therapy.
